What are your daily rates?

Our monthly rates change throughout the year depending on the season and what specials we might be running. You can find our current monthly rates here.
What do you charge for electricity?
Electric is capped at $150/month. You will pay no more than this regardless of usage!
What do you charge for water/sewer/garbage?
There is no fee for water/sewer/garbage.
Do you have an application fee?
There is no application fee.
Do you have extra person fees or extra vehicle fees?
One RV per space, 2 people maximum per RV. An additional $100 per person for any additional guests that stay longer than a 5-day period. All overnight guests must check in with management.
Do you require background checks for long-term stays?
No.
Do you require a deposit?
There is no deposit required for daily or weekly stays. Monthly stays are required to provide a $200 deposit when they book their reservation.
When are your check-in and check-out hours?
Guests can check in at 1:00 PM. We ask all guests to please check out by 11:00 AM.

Do you have discounts for military and veterans?
Yes. We have a 10% discount for military/veterans.
Do you have discounts for traveling nurses?
Yes. We have a 10% discount for traveling nurses.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made outside of 3 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of $25 for all daily and Weekly reservations.
- Cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of $25 for monthly reservations.
- Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount for daily and weekly reservations.
- Cancellations made inside of the 7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount of $200 for the monthly reservations.
Sites & Amenities
What kind of sites do you offer?
We offer Back-In Sites and Pull-Through Sites. All sites are basically the same, but we try to accommodate guests by allowing them to back-in or pull-through depending on what they’re comfortable with.
What kind of hookups do you offer?
We offer 30/50 amp electric.
Do you have private bathrooms and showers?
Yes.
Do you have on-site washers and dryers?
Yes. Our washers and dryers can be operated by coin.
Is your resort gated?
No.
Do you have a dog park?
Yes. Our guests are invited to bring their pets and utilize our friendly dog park.
Do you have a community room?
No.
Is Wi-Fi available on-site?
Yes.
Do you have a fitness center or gym?
No.
Do you have any additional amenities?
We have a cabana and lovely scenic pond.
Is smoking allowed on your property?
Yes. Smoking is allowed, but we ask guests to please be respectful, clean up after themselves and snub out all finished cigarettes.
